* How do I make a purchase?

* How much is delivery?
We have negotiated an extremely competitive courier rate of only $10.00 (per unit) for anywhere in NZ (3-5 day delivery. Allow longer for Rural). Overnight delivery = $18.00 (Not for rural).

* When will I receive my chocolates?
It depends which delivery service you choose. You can have them over night if required.

* When I buy the chocolates for a gift, can I have them gift wrapped?
YES, you can have your order gift wrapped in quality wrapping paper and finished with a stylish ribbon. This is then packed inside protective packaging to make sure it arrives looking fanatastic. What better way to buy chocolate as a gift?

* Is my information kept private?
We do not pass your information onto any third parties.

* How do I pay?
All major credit cards.

* Are there any hidden charges that I need to pay?
No! The prices quoted to you are all-inclusive (except freight). When ordering through us, there are no other hidden extras.

* What happens if the chocolates are damaged when they arrive?
Send them back to us for a full replacement.

* Do your prices include GST?
Yes.

Anywhere in NZ (3-5 days. longer for Rural) = $10.00/unit
Overnight delivery(Not for rural) = $18.00/unit
